Trials and paid access
If a trial is offered, its duration, included features and any conversion to paid access will be stated before registration or checkout. A trial does not guarantee approval or uninterrupted access, and abuse of trial eligibility may result in restriction.
Billing and renewal
Paid plans are billed in the currency, amount and frequency displayed at checkout. Taxes may apply. Recurring plans renew as disclosed unless cancelled before the next billing date. You are responsible for keeping payment information current.
How to cancel
You may submit a cancellation online through the account tools made available to you or through our Contact page. We will confirm the request electronically. Cancellation normally stops future renewal; access may continue until the end of the paid period unless the checkout terms or mandatory law require otherwise.
Withdrawal rights
Consumers may have a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right for online purchases. The application of that right can depend on the service, when performance begins and whether you expressly requested immediate access. Nothing in this policy limits a mandatory right available under applicable law.
Refund requests
Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, charges for a period already supplied are not automatically refundable. Duplicate charges, billing errors and service failures will be reviewed fairly. Submit the account email, transaction reference, date and reason through the Contact page; do not send full payment-card details.
Payment disputes and changes
Contact us first so we can investigate a billing issue. Fraudulent chargebacks or payment abuse may result in access restriction. We may update prices or terms prospectively with the notice required by law; changes do not retroactively alter a completed billing period.
