TUAD provides informational tools, trading signals, market information, analysis and education. Features, coverage, delivery times and availability may change. We may maintain, update, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

TUAD is not a broker, financial adviser, portfolio manager or fiduciary. Nothing in the services is personalised financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice. You remain solely responsible for evaluating information and for every trading decision. Read the Risk Disclosure before using any trading-related feature.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must keep login credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You may not share, resell, scrape, copy, reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse the services; evade access controls; or use content for unlawful or misleading activity. Access is personal unless a written business agreement states otherwise.
Payments and cancellation
Prices, billing periods and renewal terms shown at checkout form part of your order. Subscription and refund rules are explained in the Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Intellectual property
The website, software, branding, course materials, signals, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to TUAD and protected by applicable rights. A valid membership grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended personal purpose.
Availability and liability
Markets, networks and third-party data can be delayed, interrupted or inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, TUAD is not responsible for trading losses, lost profits, indirect loss or decisions made using the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension, governing rules and contact
